Dual Citizenship in the Philippines

For those who acquired their foreign citizenship by birth or at a minor age (below 18 years old), you may be able to apply for a recognition application. This also applies to individuals who had Filipino parent/s at the time of their birth.

The processing for recognition as a Filipino citizen also takes around 3 to 4 months.
