SIRV visa Process
Processing Time:
Processing typically takes between 1-2 months.
Validity and Renewal:
Probationary SIRV is valid for 6 months, and within this period, you should be able to establish investment already.
Eligibility:
If you already have an existing investment in the country, you may proceed with applying for the SIRV indefinite visa.
- Have no convictions for crimes involving moral turpitude.
- Be free of any loathsome, dangerous or contagious diseases.
- Have no history of institutionalization for any mental disorder or disability.
- Be capable and willing to invest at least US$75,000.00 in an eligible form of investment.
- Hold a tourist (i.e., 9(a)) visa with at least one (1) month validity.
Special Investor Resident Visa Requirements
To process your SIRV visa, the following documents are required:
- Inward remittance of at least US$75,000.00.
- A valid medical certificate, up to 6 months from the date of filing.
- Authenticated/apostilled Police Clearance.
- Completed Personal History Statement Form from NICA.
- A signed and notarized Deed of Undertaking.
- Authenticated/apostilled Birth Certificate.
- Original and valid Passport and Visa.
