It does not use artificial intelligence and does not pass your messages to any AI service. The assistant does not set cookies and does not use local storage; while you browse, it keeps a copy of its answers in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. If you answer the assistant’s short questions about your move (such as where you are moving from and to, and when), your answers are kept only in your browser’s session storage, where they can be used for no more than 30 minutes to fill in the matching fields of our contact form for you; they are erased as soon as the form page reads them or when you close the tab, and they are not sent to us or to anyone else unless you submit the form yourself. When the assistant does not understand a question, the text of that question is sent to our technical provider, AI SkillBox, and kept so that we can improve the answers.
Before it is stored, email addresses and long sequences of digits (such as phone numbers) are replaced with a placeholder, and the text is shortened to 300 characters. We store it together with the language, the topic the assistant thought was closest, and the address of the page (without any tracking parameters), but not your IP address or any identifier that would link the question to you. Your IP address is necessarily seen by the server when your browser contacts it, and is used only in memory, in a scrambled form, to limit abuse; it is never written to our database or our logs. These data are hosted on a server in Singapore and are not shared with any other party. Unanswered questions are deleted after 12 months. We also measure, through Google Analytics, how the assistant is used: when it is opened, which topic was recognised, when a visitor follows it to one of our contact forms, which of its short questions were answered or skipped, how many form fields it filled in, and the language used. The text of your questions and of your answers is never sent to Google Analytics. If you do not want to use the assistant, simply do not open it; you can always contact us through our forms.
